In 2009, Jozefina Lichtenegger sold her first turntable, the original Forte. In the years since then, not only has the Forte undergone numerous refinements and improvements, but more models have been added, including the state-of-the-art Fortissimo, but also more modestly priced models that offer outstanding performance and value.
A unique, but important, feature that has always been part of the EAT turntable design is a platter that has its mass located more toward the outer edge of the platter. The design widens the platter and reduces the height. The mass is maintained, but is positioned in such a way as to optimize its benefit. This design helps maintain constant and unwavering speed stability. This feature is included even in the lower priced models like the B-Sharp.
EAT turntables are offered packaged with EAT tonearms and in many cases with phono cartridge options as well.
In addition to all of this design and engineering know-how and innovation, EAT turntables, like all EAT products, are elegantly designed and executed.
